Mary Katherine (Amanda Seyfried), the teenage daughter of an eccentric scientist father, finds herself lost in a forest, where she is discovered by the dying Queen Tara (Beyonce Knowles), who shrinks MK down to her own tiny size and entrusts her with a vital mission. MK finds herself in a world of tiny but noble Leaf Men and evil Boggans—and a battle between good and evil that threatens to change her life—and the lives of many others.
