Named for a town in County Mayo, Ireland, Crossmolina started as the folk duo of Bill (lead vocals) and Annie (guitar and harmony) Wroblewski. Now the band is a trio or quartet with the addition of fiddler Laurie Leenhouts and bass player John Stevens.
Though their roots are in Irish music, their repertoire spans many genres with songs ranging from Black Velvet Band to Wagon Wheel, from All I Have to do is Dream to Whiskey in the Jar and many in between. One thing you can count on from Crossmolina is an entertaining hour of music!
