
The Macedon Public Library connects people and ideas. We are proud to offer: 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten to give kids a true learning advantage, access to telehealth appointments and other meetings requiring privacy in our Rochester Regional Library Council granted Digital Privacy Booth, Summer Reading programming to people from birth to adult, Songwriting Workshops to straddle the generational gap and increase music appreciation, an anual “Where the Jack-o’-Lanterns Are” pumpkin walk to benefit Literacy Volunteers of Wayne County, weekly classroom visits by Pal-Mac intermediate classrooms and Creative Environment Daycare groups, entrepreneurial reference appointments for new and existing business owners and a partnership with the Macedon Center United Methodist Church to keep the Macedon Center Food Stand stocked. We focus on: education for all ages, community access to resources and recreational opportunities to enrich life for all ages and resources to empower entrepreneurs to grow and thrive.
