Monday Book Recommendations

Explaining COVID-19 to your little ones can be a challenge. OWWL2Go has some books that might help. They’ve selected a group of books about germs, illness, and disease that are age-appropriate and explanatory without stoking your child’s fears. You’ll find them at the link above. Curious George Discovers Germs

This book presents the community helpers on the scene at a hospital using simple text and full-color photography. Part of the Community Helpers series, it includes a glossary, suggestions for further reading, and helpful internet sites to check out. The book talks about doctors, lab workers, nurses, pharmacists, and others who help you if you’re at the hospital.
