At this workshop, you will learn the different methods of communication and how to make the most of each of them. Also, explore the power of words and participate in exercises that demonstrate the power of words.
This workshop is one of five workshops needed to qualify for a certificate of completion in soft skills training from Finger Lakes Community College. Space in each workshop session is limited—please call us at the library at 315-986-5932 to register, or stop by to sign up.
