Learn how to paint a stunning grape still life to adorn a dining room or kitchen wall with local artist Steve Duprey. Thanks to grant funding from Friends of Macedon Public Library, the cost to participate has been reduced to $15.00. All materials are supplied (including paint, pallette, canvas, brushes, and even the water receptacle), just come ready to express yourself using acrylic paint! Registration is required, spots in the class are limited.
Steve Duprey has been painting in his head for well over thirty years but is relatively new to the world of brush on canvas. He started on Christmas of 2010 when his wife Cindy gave him all the supplies he needed to begin. It’s been quite an adventure since then. He paints quickly and several times a week. People have compared his rapid painting style to that of
television’s Bob Ross. He posts his speed paintings on YouTube (just search his name).
