Two sessions: 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Celebrate this special day in Star Wars fandom by bringing the kids to a Jedi Training class! We’ll mix reality and fantasy; mindfulness, meditation, and seriousness and, of course, lots of fun. Your little Padawans will learn all the skills necessary to become a Jedi, and a force for good. They will learn to focus and clear their minds, to concentrate and “feel the Force.”
But although it might be fun, there are some excellent skills to be learned. They will practice self-regulation and emotional regulation skills and learn how to respond rather than react while having a blast learning basic lightsaber skills and gaining mastery over their bodies. Each child will construct their own lightsaber from household items that they get to keep, too!
Participants are asked to bring a paper towel tube; the instructor will provide the rest of the materials. The class is aimed at age 4-10 years and each child should only participate in one class. Space is limited to 10 students per class. Register as soon as possible to ensure a spot in this very special program!
