Getting to Know the Birds in Your Backyard Part II

Saturday, August 12: 9 am.

This is the second session of a two part workshop to learn about a variety of local birds. Parents will meet at the library with their children. From the library, all participants will travel caravan style to High Acres Nature Area. The children will put their newly learned birding skills to good use as they go on a discovery walk to spot as many bird varieties as possible.

Children should bring their bird book.

Recommended for children entering grades 3-6.
