Mindfulness and Meditation

Learn how to practice being fully present in the moment and enhance your overall well-being. This is an interactive workshop that will include a discussion about what mindfulness is and why it can be useful. Participants will also partake in mindfulness exercises and learn ways to practice mindfulness on their own. This workshop is presented by Dr. Maria Saavedra who is a clinical psychologist.
