We told you recently about a matching grant for $19,500 from NYS that would help us fund and even expand our participation in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. This worthwhile program gives a FREE book each month to children ages 0-5 in our community.
The catch: we have to raise $19,500 to match the state grant in order to receive the funds.
Today, we’re thrilled to announce that we are close to achieving that goal. To date, generous individuals, organizations, and businesses have given a total of $15,761.50, meaning we only need to raise an additional 19% to match the grant!
