Have a problem with your devices? Maybe you can’t figure out how to download and open that interesting app you’ve been eyeing. Or perhaps you’re struggling to check out a new blockbuster from the library. Or maybe you’re finally ready to dive into the world of social media…but how?
Whatever your technology challenge, Sarah can help. She’ll be at the library on Saturday, September 30 between 10 a.m. and noon, and will have appointments available every 20 minutes.
Here are some of the tasks she can help you with:
- using your smartphone
- searching the internet
- borrowing ebooks to read on your tablet
- filling in online applications
- creating and saving documents online
- using social media
- using Microsoft Office
She’s happy to answer your tech questions and guide you in understanding how to work better with your devices, from smartphones to desktop computers. Bring your own device or use one of the library computers—it’s up to you.
The best part? It’s free! So when you have a problem you can call in the Geek Squad and pay their fees …. or you can come see Sarah at the MPL.
