We will continue to offer “Grab and Go” services for those who prefer to place their books on hold online and then pick them up in the cabinet outside the library.

Here are a few of the new DVDs that have come in to the library recently. We invite you to check them out!

The Most Dangerous Game

A father and son on a steamer ship bound for a great hunting expedition in the wilds of Alaska are shipwrecked on a mysterious island. Greeted warmly by the island’s only resident, the relieved men are wined and dined and talk of hunting ensues. When their host reveals the true nature of his trophy hunts, the stranded men are forced to run for their lives or fight to survive on a desolate island that is a human hunting ground.

Emily the Criminal

Jersey art school grad Emily Benetto (Aubrey Plaza) came to L.A. with $70K in college debt and an assault on her record. Against the odds, she found a way to make ends meet by falling in with a credit card fraud ring, making big-ticket purchases on stolen plastic, and reselling the merchandise. As she cozies up to her “supervisor” (Theo Rossi), she’ll find out it’s a gig where you kind of can’t give your notice. The intense study also stars Gina Gershon, Megalyn Echikunwoke, and Bernardo Badillo.

Ghosts. Season 1

Crumbling country mansion Button House is home to restless spirits who’ve died there over the centuries. Each a product of their time, they’re thrown together for eternity, resigned to squabble over mundane daily gripes. But their lives or rather afterlives are thrown into turmoil when young urban couple Alison and Mike unexpectedly inherit the peaceful derelict house and plan to turn it into a bustling hotel. As the ghosts attempt to oust the newcomers, and Alison and Mike discover the true scale of the project they’ve taken on, fate conspires to trap both sides in an impossible houseshare.
