In this workshop you’ll develop an understanding of leadership characteristics and styles, learn about situational leadership, explore communication techniques, discover how to mentor co-workers, and how to be a team player. You’ll also explore your own leadership style to gain insight that will lead to playing up strengths and diminishing weaknesses.
