Getting More Out of Google

Wednesdays, October 23, 30, November 6, 13

6:00-8:00 p.m.

Google is everywhere, and knowing how to use Google’s many functions is a vital way to stay on top of your technology needs. In this four-part, FLCC adult education course, you’ll learn how having gmail opens up access to free Google Drive products that can be used to create documents, spreadsheets and slide shows. An FLCC instructor will:

  • Ensure all enrolled students have created a gmail account and give a brief tour of the gmail platform.
  • Review practices for sending email.
  • Teach you how to access Google Drive and give a brief tour of Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets.

This is the first in a series of four courses being held on Google Drive. By attending each of the four courses, you will earn a certificate of completion from FLCC.

There is no fee to attend this course, however, space is limited.  Please call us at 315-986-5932 or stop in the library to register.

This class made possible with a grant from Friends of Macedon Public Library.
