Wednesday, April 24
6:00 p.m.
As part of the New York Reads initiative of the New York Library Association, we are encouraging patrons to participate in a discussion of the book Drawdown. On April 24, we’ll have the first of several events focused on the solutions proposed by the book.
Come together in conversation around science-based solutions that can help slow down climate change and discover simple changes in your own life that can result in a huge cumulative impact on the carbon emissions released into the atmosphere. The book lists the top 100 most impactful solutions for reversing climate change and how citizens, as well as whole communities, can spend their time, energy, and enthusiasm on making a true difference for the well-being of the world in the future. Please call the library 315-986-5932 to register your attendance.
