Movie Time: Firehouse Dog

Rexxx is a pampered celebrity dog known for his athletic ability who, through a series of mishaps, ends up on the street. There he is befriended by Shane (Josh Hutcherson) and becomes the firehouse dog for run-down Dog Patch Firehouse. Renamed Dewey, the dog and the boy work to get the firehouse back on its feet—not an easy task. Rated PG; one hour and 51 minutes long. We’ll do a child-friendly activity after the movie.
