You know you want to save Aunt Ida’s pineapple upside down cake, and grandma’s Boston baked bean recipe, to hand on to your own children. What’s the easiest way to do that? Join Pat Stevens-Brate as she explores how to compile a book of favorite family recipes, along with the precious stories that go with them. You’ll also get tips on how to re-create recipes that you remember from childhood—those secret recipes that everyone loved, but whose recipe was a closely-guarded secret.
Thanks to the support of the Friends of MPL, there’s no materials fee for this class, and you’ll take home a binder with recipe pages ready to be filled in. Space is limited, so call the library today at 315-986-5932 to reserve your spot.
