Hot Off the Grill…

Want to kick your grilling up a few notches?  The library has just added a spice class to our list of events being offered in August.  

On August 14 at 7 pm you will have the opportunity to learn from Karen and Linda Brake proprietors of the spice specialty store, Mrs. Brake’s Spice’s Etc., on Route 332 in Farmington, how to make a tantalizing lemon pepper rub to kick up your grilled chicken.  

Learn how to custom blend a variety of authentic spices and receive delicious recipe suggestions.  Participants will leave with supplies inside a stylishly decorated, small mason jar so they will be able to duplicate what has been learned when grilling at home.  

Spaces in this class is limited to 15 participants. A supply fee of $4.00 will apply.
