One Story – Discussion

One Story is  a periodical dedicated to publishing a single, high quality short story each month.  Macedon Public Library is now subscribing to this publication in the hopes of developing a group of readers interested in reading the monthly short story and engaging in a discussion of the story.  On average, the One Story short stories take around 30 minutes to read and offers those with hectic lives an opportunity to read a meaty piece of literature with the chance to engage in a discussion at a later date.  This month, One Story has published “Catacombs” by Jason Zencka.  Those interested in reading the story may want to consider visiting the library on a Thursday evening as the library will have complimentary Starbuck’s coffee available to enjoy.
