Pokemon Go at MPL!

Pokemon Go has found a home at the Macedon Public Library.  We have a circulating disply of Pokemon books and games, as well as books about GPS, geocaching, and treasure hunts.  And we’re making notes for where our patrons have caught various types of pokemon creatures within the library.  Look for the pokeball pictures the next time you are visiting us.

And for those of you who aren’t playing Pokemon Go, you can still hunt for our sign of Pokemon Frogs.  When you find it, you get a prize, and then you can hide the sign for the next person to find.  Come in and see if you can find it!

If you have questions about the Pokemon Go game, you can listen to a recording made earlier this week, when our own teen services clerk, Julia Koberlein, was on WXXI’s Connections with Evan Dawson radio program talking about it with other community members.  You can find the link to the program here.
