Evening Story Times for Tiny Tots and Primary School Children

On Wednesdays and Thursdays the library offers two half hour story times for young children.  Parents are encouraged to bring children in their PJs to hear a few stories and get in the bedtime mode.  On Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, children in grades pre-K through 2 are invited to join Youth Specialist Kathy Koehler for Evening Story Time.  On Thursdays at 6:30 pm, tiny tots age 18 months to 3 years are invited to join Youth Specialist Pam Dibble for her Sleepy Time Story Time.

The library created these new story time sessions due to the very scarce attendance rates during daytime story times over the past year.  So far, more children are beginning to attend these new story times and we hope that you will consider making an evening story time at the library once (or even twice) per week part of your family get ready for bedtime tradition!
