The Friends of the Macedon Public Library is a non-profit group which supports the Macedon Library by raising money for programs that are not covered by the Library’s budget. These programs vary from year to year and have included art classes, computer skills, music lessons, concerts, speakers series, fitness classes, activities for teens, story time for pre-schoolers, crafts for all ages and summer reading programs. Our major fund-raisers are a fall and spring used book sale. We also hold raffles and BBQs. The Friends meet monthly on every second Tuesday at 12:45 in the Community Room in the Library. We always need help with our book sales and welcome new members.
