Thanks to a generous donation from library friend Steve Gratton, the Macedon Public Library now has available a kit containing rocks, gems, minerals, fossils, and meteorites. This kit of earth science specimens is available for one-week circulation to adults who are 21 or over and must be checked out for use in an educational setting. If you are a teacher or homeschooling parent, this kit could provide a valuable teaching aid for the study of geology or earth science.
