Beyond the Beginning

Sat. 9/17: 3 pm.

A series of fall photography classes with Phil Hilden Professional photographer, Phil Hilden, will offer a 4 week series of photography classes. The classes are targeted at those with some moderate experience using digital cameras (not tablets or cell phones). Classes would involve learning about compositional rules and when to break them, lighting effects, finding amazing backdrops in familiar surroundings and other topics as identified. Students will be assigned projects to review and critique in class. Students will also engage in hands-on fieldwork during class time to receive feedback and tips in real time. Each class would last two hours (from 6-8 p).

Registration is required as space is limited.

Due to funding from Friends of Macedon Public Library, there is no fee to attend.
