2-PLY MASK WEARING REQUIRED TO ENTER

Effective immediately, all library patrons will be required to don a 2-ply mask upon entry. This is in line with the state of emergency issued by Wayne County Board of Supervisors Chairman, Ken Miller. The state of emergency directive states, “Employees and visitors at county buildings will be required…to wear masks in common areas.” In an abundance of caution, the library will follow suit and require all patrons to don 2-ply masks upon entry. If a patron does not have a mask, the library will provide one.

The library is happy to reasonably accommodate any patron unable to tolerate wearing a 2-ply mask. Those wishing to check out circulating collection items are encouraged to call: 315-986-5932 to request items be placed in the Grab ‘n Go shed for pickup. Those in need of using a computer are also encouraged to call from the parking lot to have a laptop computer delivered to their vehicle.

The library strives to be a safe place for all who enter, and we appreciate your cooperation, respect and understanding as we navigate through this pandemic era.
